Lottvee is a women-first archive of vintage and designer sportswear, created by Joanna Wright after her love of sportswear led her to amassing a collection of vintage and retro-inspired items that needed to be shared. Joanna is British and has lived in Switzerland with her family since 2019.
At Lottvee we look for the pieces that were made well, designed with a point of view, and are hard to find: 70s and 80s track and tennis wear, trefoil-era classics, and the occasional designer collaboration worth keeping.
One of one.
Every piece in the archive is a single find. When it's gone, it's gone. Nothing is mass-produced, restocked or reissued, so you won't be playing fashion snap with anyone in the street.
Dated, not guessed.
We read the labels: care tags, RN numbers, season codes and production dates. Each piece is described with the era the tag supports. If something is modern but built on a vintage design, we'll say so. Pieces from the last decade are called archive, not vintage.
Chosen for women.
We pick for how a piece wears as well as how old it is: the colour-blocking, the proportions, and the way a track jacket or a striped knit sits with the rest of your wardrobe. Sizing notes are included for every piece.
Made to last another life.
Vintage sportswear was built to be worn hard, and much of it has outlasted several cycles of fast fashion. Buying it keeps good clothes in use.
How it arrives.
Each order is checked, packed with care, and sent with an archive card noting the brand, era and piece, so you know what you're wearing.
Remember, it's vintage...
We grade the items from Fair to Excellent, noting any marks or holes. All items have almost certainly been pre-worn, and will appear with a level of wear and tear expected of its age. Some items are over 50 years old(!), and so will need some TLC to maintain their condition.
