Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Swiss national public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship exclusively via Swiss Post for all domestic and international parcel orders. Standard Swiss Post parcel rates apply:

• Domestic (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

  • PostPac Economy: CHF 9.00 (Delivery in 2-5 business days) (free over 100CHF)

  • PostPac Priority: CHF 10.50 (Delivery next business day)

• International (Rest of World)

  • PostPac International Economy: Starts at CHF 34.00 (Delivery in 7–15 business days, depending on destination region)

Note: International shipping rates vary based on package weight and exact destination country. The final rate is calculated at checkout.

3. Custom Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

• Import Costs Not Covered: For all international orders delivered outside Switzerland, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

• Customs & Duties: Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees levied by the destination country's customs authority upon arrival.

• Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and associated fees are unfortunately not covered by us and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Swiss Post tracking number. You can track your parcel via the official Swiss Post portal.

5. Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay customs/import fees, the customer remains responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return costs incurred.
